Human Resources Associate - Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite) $29.63 per hour | Contract through Nov 20, 2026 Brokerage is hiring an HR Associate to join the HCM Service Delivery team. This role supports HR Business Partners, employees, and managers across the full employee lifecycle while partnering with global HR teams to improve processes. Key Responsibilities Provide operational HR support (policies, offboarding, mobility, leaves, employment letters) Support HRBP team on performance, promotions, compensation, and audits Manage job change transactions & track requests to completion Drive process improvements, document procedures, and manage projects What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years HR experience Strong customer service, multitasking & attention to detail High-volume, fast-paced environment mindset Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Visio a plus) Professional handling of confidential information If you enjoy supporting a global HR function and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be a great fit.
