You will serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise leaders at director/VP level and above within Digital, Human Resources and IT, advising on talent and human capital needs, strategic partnership, and change management. How You Will Do It Partner with HR leadership to lead and support programs such as organizational change, process improvements, recruitment, talent management, training and development, performance management, compensation administration and DEI initiatives. Advise on organizational design and development practices. Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on HR issues and conflict resolution. Work with managers and employees to maintain a positive work environment, drive engagement and foster a high‑performance culture. Leverage HR capabilities, including COE’s, service centers and investigations. Coach leaders and managers on routine and complex employee relations issues. Provide training on HR programs to customer groups and employees. Participate in change management design and implementation. Promote diversity, equity and inclusion and guide leaders in achieving DEI objectives. Use data analysis and technology to inform HR decisions and deliver data‑driven recommendations. Engage in continuous improvement projects from design through implementation. Required What we look for Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 6+ years of experience as an HR generalist or HR manager. Strong knowledge of best practices in talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, labor law and labor relations. Ability to build trust and relationships to guide collaborative decision making. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Capacity to work autonomously in ambiguous situations and adapt to change. Process orientation with experience planning and executing consistent HR processes. Desire to grow leadership skills and foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture. Communication of strategic HR initiatives and updates to business leaders. Leadership experience in high‑performing teams. Use of technology, data analysis, predictive modelling and AI to make recommendations. Conflict management skills while maintaining stakeholder relationships. Some travel may be required. Preferred Master’s degree in Human Resources. Experience managing others (hiring, performance management, etc.). Hiring salary range: $100,100 – $133,000 (determined by education, experience, skills, internal equity, location and market data).
