Client is a publicly traded medical device company. Client designs, develops, manufactures and markets orthopedics products, including knee, hip, shoulder, elbow, foot and ankle artificial joints and dental prostheses. Client has operations in more than 40 countries around the world. Job Description The HR Specialist will be supporting a full I-9 Audit for Client. This project will include scanning paper I-9's into the current system of record, downloading electronic I-9's from the HRIS system and uploading to the system of record, reviewing all the I-9's carefully for errors and then correcting those errors, which may involve reaching out to current employees for information. Training on I-9's and how to correct them will be provided; however the candidate should possess a high level of attention to detail, organization and solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
