On this position, Zeeco, Inc. is looking for an HR Coordinator to be a member of its Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and will be expected to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping a fast‑paced,quality‑centric workflow.
Key responsibilities
• Gather & process all new‑employee onboarding paperwork, overseeing their completion, submission, and filing.
• Organise and head‑lecture sessions for newhires.
• Drive the complete onboarding procedure for each new employee.
• Keep relevant metrics and reports current through internal systems.
• Offer support and solutions to the Talent Acquisition Manager for general or project‑specific tasks.
• Finish any additional duty assigned by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Essential qualifications
• Friendly interpersonal communications to stakeholders inside & outside the firm.
•Navigate effectively under pressstress, meet deadlines, prioritize overlapping responsibilities.
•Hold a Bachelor’s credential or the‑equivalent level of experience.
•Have a background in an HR‑focused environment (a plus a bonus.)
Physical stamina
•Sit and work at a desk for long periods.
•Walk up/downstairs when needed.
•Take any walking or walking period requests.
