Position Title: Accounting Company Name: Bolt Builders Pay Range: $65,000–$85,000 per year + Performance Bonus Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Chattanooga, TN Industry: Commercial General Construction Job Overview Bolt Builders is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Specialist to manage day-to-day financial operations in a fast-paced commercial construction environment. This full-time, onsite position will focus on accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice tracking, and other essential accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring construction-specific financial experience, strong organizational skills, and unwavering integrity to help us maintain accuracy and accountability across all our projects. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, and invoice processing Track vendor invoices and ensure timely payments Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records Coordinate with project managers on budget tracking and job costing Process employee expense reports and assist with payroll coordination Prepare financial reports for leadership as needed Monitor cash flow and support forecasting efforts Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance documentation Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems Ensure financial transactions are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations Qualifications 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
