As OT Cybersecurity Manager, you will lead the development and execution of VYNCKE’s Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity strategy. Your mission is to ensure cyber resilience across industrial control systems by designing secure frameworks, assessing existing installations, and embedding security into engineering processes. You will collaborate globally with multidisciplinary teams to safeguard operations and support business continuity. Shape our OT Cybersecurity strategy & governance. You’ll build and implement a framework aligned with IEC 62443, CRA and other applicable standards. You’ll manage risk and compliance across global OT environments. Integrate security by design into control systems, procurement, and vendor engagements. Lead the deployment & integration of cybersecurity solutions, disaster recovery protocols, and business continuity plans. Deliver tailored cybersecurity awareness programs and lead incident detection, response, and recovery activities. Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies to strengthen our security posture. About you Hold a master’s degree in cybersecurity, information security, or a related field. Have at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within (industrial) operational technology environments and have proven experience in building an OT cybersecurity strategy.
