The primary manufacturing processes are injection molding and thermoforming. PMT has ~100 injection molding presses at its two primary manufacturing locations in El Paso, TX and Centennial, CO (a suburb of Denver). A third facility in Longmont, CO (a suburb of Denver) provides in‑house repair and fabrication of tools & dies. This hybrid role combines expertise in safeguarding digital assets with hands‑on administration of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will proactively defend against cyber threats while ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our IT infrastructure. What You’ll Do Cybersecurity Analyst Duties Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents using SIEM tools and threat intelligence platforms Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and risk analysis to identify and remediate weaknesses Implement and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices (NIST, ISO 27001, CMMC, ITAR) Manage firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, endpoint protection, and email security gateways Perform forensic analysis and root cause investigations of security breaches Provide security awareness training and guidance to employees Develop, maintain, and continuously improve cybersecurity documentation and organizational policies System Administrator Duties Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V) Manage user accounts, group policies, and access controls across enterprise systems Oversee patch management, system updates, and software deployments Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilization Ensure reliable backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity readiness Support networking infrastructure including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing/switching Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Bash, or other scripting languages What We’re Looking For We're looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Cybersecurity Analyst & System Administrator to join our IT team.
