Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is a national law firm focused on matters specific to health care organizations. Hall Render is currently seeking a skilled Real Estate attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a focus on the health care industry. This position is open in the Indianapolis office. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active bar license in good standing in at least one U.S. Jurisdiction where you reside (additional state licenses a plus). A minimum of 2 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on real estate. Extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing and disposition. Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreement and related documents. Law review experience strongly preferred. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, collaborative approach, client-service mindset and intellectual curiosity. Sense of humor a plus.
