As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most. What You’ll Do Manage client accounts, identifying coverage gaps and recommending solutions Support Producers with new/renewal business, proposals, quotes, and policy accuracy Handle service requests (certificates, endorsements, audits, cancellations) promptly Deliver exceptional client service with a fast, professional response Handle first report of claims by gathering information from client and reporting to the agency’s dedicated claim team, while following up to confirm a successful resolution of the claim. What We’re Looking For Property & Casualty license and 4+ years of personal lines insurance service experience – focus on high net worth clients preferred.
