Future Opportunities - Maintenance Supervisor - Indianapolis, IN As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead the maintenance team and ensure the community is well‑maintained and visually appealing. Overseeing daily work of maintenance technicians and grounds staff. Performing inspections and preventative maintenance. Preparing vacant units for occupancy. Managing curb appeal, landscaping, and snow removal. Supervising contractors and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Providing emergency support after hours. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED required. 1–2 years of maintenance experience; supervisory experience preferred. HVAC/EPA certification a plus.
