Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Assistant located in Moline, IL. The Office Assistant will handle daily administrative tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, managing office correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Other responsibilities include assisting with scheduling, organizing documents, managing office equipment, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities. This role will support communication efforts within the team and provide clerical assistance as needed.
