Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas. We currently have an opening for a Full-Time Front Office Medical Assistant . Experience in Cardiology or Dental preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21-24 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts Responsibilities: Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries. Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and exam room utilization by efficiently scheduling appointments. Keeps patient appointments on schedule by verifying patient insurance benefits and eligibility prior to the appointment; preparing necessary documents Maintain optimum patient confidentiality and safety.
