Role Overview Position is responsible for END-to-END production/manufacturing operation, developing and adhering to production schedule (monthly, weekly, daily). Upkeep of Hershey Asset (Autonomous and Preventative maintenance). Following up for material requirements and connectivity schedules. Ensuring product Quality as per Hershey standards, controlling material variances, MIS. Taking External and Hershey internal Audits Accountabilities Production planning & Scheduling Quality compliance, GMP & GHP Cost control, Material variance control Process Improvement, Continuous Improvement Drive Preventive & Autonomous Maintenance plans for production lines Other Applicable Scope Defining Dimensions Closely with cross functional teams on Projects & Innovation execution SAP handling (production related entries) Culture building (Training to shopfloor workforce) Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills Manufacturing operations, GMP & GHP practices Resource planning and Asset maintenance Problem Solving & Analytical Skills SAP/ERP knowledge B Tech/ BE (Food, Dairy, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
