Position Description
General Atlantic’s Human Capital Management (HCM) group is looking for a Coordinator to support our Recruiting Team in our New York office. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in providing day‑to‑day support for the recruiting team and support firm‑wide talent acquisition processes.
Responsibilities
Support scheduling and coordinating interviews, including managing candidate communications.
Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting openings on various platforms.
Assist with campus recruiting initiatives, including the full‑cycle coordination of MBA and undergraduate recruiting processes.
Provide general administrative support to the Recruiting team as needed.
Participate in broader firm‑wide programming, professional development opportunities, and weekly HCM meetings.
Qualifications
Proven track record of achievement in academic and other settings.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Interest in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Organizational Development and Design is preferred.
Relevant internship experience is a plus.
Experience with data visualization is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Show intellectual curiosity and are willing to go the extra mile.
Organized, strong attention to detail with the ability to be proactive, solve problems, and multitask.
Creative, solutions‑oriented, and bring an energetic and positive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and retain professionalism and accuracy; confidentiality a must.

Compensation: Base salary of $75,000 – $85,000, varying with experience and qualifications. Additional reward programs, such as annual discretionary bonuses and long‑term incentive programs, are available for eligible employees.
