Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and using a variety of reactive and proactive recruiting techniques. Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; comparing qualifications to job requirements. When applicable, arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. Improve organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks. Meet and/or exceed Recruiting Department and overall Organizational goals. What You’ll Bring Proficient computer skills, including MS Office. Professional communication and organization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license. Access to insured and reliable transportation. Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communication, or a relevant field preferred. High School Diploma or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years of previous experience. Prior experience in recruiting or talent acquisition preferred. Physical Requirements Sedentary – ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.
