Key Responsibilities Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes for woven wire screens and related components
Design and improve production layouts, tooling, fixtures, and automation solutions
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
Collaborate with product engineering on Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and new product introductions
Create and maintain BOMs, routings, work instructions, and process documentation
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality and production issues
Specify and support the installation of new equipment and technology
Drive cost-reduction initiatives while maintaining or improving product quality

Required Profile Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
38 years of manufacturing engineering experience (preferably in metal fabrication, weaving, welding, or precision assembly)
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks or similar 3D CAD software
Hands‑on experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process capability analysis
Knowledge of GD&T and quality systems
Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
Strong communication and cross‑functional teamwork abilities
Authorized to work in the United States
