Job Summary Manufacturing Production directs or assists with managing various production activities including assembly, material forming, processing, treating, or packaging. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards. The role liaises with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, Sales, and other departments to develop production schedules and allocate labor/capital resources, plan and prioritize production line maintenance, and minimize disruptions.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Direct, leverage, and guide the work of others and mobilize resources.
Manage two or more direct reports and monitor operational and/or financial results for the area of responsibility.
Execute people‑management actions such as hiring, terminating, rewarding, training, and developing employees.
Analyze situations or data, apply operational policies, and solve problems while understanding broader impact across the department.
Interpret and administer policies, processes, and procedures that may affect sections and subordinate work units.
Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and may have budget responsibilities.
Interact with internal personnel and occasionally with external personnel to resolve operational and scheduling issues.
Safe Quality Food Responsibilities Follow all Plant rules, Processes, Hygiene, and Allergen procedures related to production of Safe Quality Foods.
Report potential unsafe conditions, SQF Root Cause, and Corrective Actions as required.
Participate in SQF Root Cause and Corrective Actions (customer complaints, SQF audits, validation, verification).
Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree or related work experience required in lieu of degree.
Must be able to perform essential functions of the position satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Pay Range $108,750.00 – $145,000.00
