Job Overview We are currently seeking skilled Manufacturing Technicians with a strong background in machine operation.The ideal candidate will be responsible for operatingvarious manufacturing machines and equipment, contributing to the assembly of drilling tools. Duties/Responsibilities Operate and maintain manufacturing machines and equipment. Metalpreparation bysandblasting, grinding, and fabricating. Applying adhesives and operatingrubber injection machines. Ensure compliance and safety regulations and protocols. Documents and records data in assigned work area. Ensures that the finished product meets company quality policy. Ensure all PPE (personal protection equipment) is used. May requirefrequentlifting 50+ lbs and standing for a long period. Education High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. 1-2 years related experience or training. Experience Proven machine operating experience. Abilityto perform a variety of tasks. Must have a safety and quality mindset. Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes. Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and blueprints. Work Environment Fast-paced environment. Regular exposure to machinery and equipment. Emphasis on safety and adherence to protocols.
