Vaulting pole production is very specific, so we are looking for someone who is willing to learn new skills, working in a team environment. The job will require being on your feet, lifting, reaching, pulling, pushing etc. Previous manufacturing experience helps but is not necessary. We are looking for candidates who wants to grow with our business for many years ahead. We are offering competitive pay depending on experience plus benefits, paid holiday and overtime opportunities. Responsibilities Operate, monitor, adjust, and repair specialized industrial machinery Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing, machinery or other related fields preferred (not required) Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Attention to detail Professional attitude Strong work ethic and reliability Organized and professional Communicative and work well with others Self‑starter who can take instruction Additional Information Apply in person 8am-2pm. 2180 Meridian Blvd, Minden, NV 89423.
