Territory Sales Manager – Southwest Michigan
Camfil USA – Global leader in air filtration and clean air solutions. We provide commercial and industrial systems that improve worker and equipment productivity, minimize energy use, and benefit human health and the environment. The Southwest Michigan Territory Sales Manager will grow market share in the region, targeting hospitals, schools/universities, food‑and‑beverage producers, pharmaceutical manufacturers, micro‑electronics manufacturers, and commercial office buildings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee sales in the Southwest Michigan area and obtain orders from customers.
Drive sales and margin growth through strategic initiatives.
Manage the entire sales process: prospecting, sales calls, site surveys, quotes, presentations, and closing orders.
Use CRM to track prospecting, appointments, opportunities, and contacts.
Travel throughout the greater Southwest Michigan area.
Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Business to Business sales experience preferred.
HVAC background desirable; engineering background a plus.
Strong organization, time management, listening, attention to detail, and computer skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT Employee will work in office, warehouse, and plant environments. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) may be required in certain areas. Must be able to access and navigate all facility departments.
