Supreme Ecom is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Software Product Manager who’s ready to build something BIG!
We are looking for a Software Product Manager who can:
Translate our product vision into a clear, strategic roadmap
Define the single product North Star and the metric tree. Publish a clear 90-day roadmap and deliver against it.
Work with designers, engineers, data teams (internal and external)
Build user flows and intuitive UI/UX for beginner-friendly audiences
Create a fast-learning MVP (even if minimal) to validate user behavior
Manage agile sprints, milestones, QA, and releases
Hire a team for smooth operations and scope all future hiring needs
Turn data, research, and user testing into actionable product decisions
Oversee long-term product evolution — this is not a one-time project
This is a high-ownership leadership role, not a maintenance role.
To bring this to life, we are hiring a Lead Software Product Manager to own this product from concept → MVP → launch → long‑term evolution. This is a rare opportunity to build a market‑disrupting tool from the ground up.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the product roadmap aligned with the vision in our Project proposal
Define success metrics, goals, and release strategies
Prioritize features based on user value and business impactPublish 90‑day roadmap; keep a single prioritized backlog.
Product Development
Write user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
Work with engineering on architecture, sprint planning, and delivery
Coordinate with designers for prototypes and usability tests.
Build an MVP quickly with an iterative, learning‑first mindset
Ensure smooth UX, UI alignment, and user flows
User, Market & Competitor Insight
Understand beginner‑to‑intermediate e‑commerce users
Study the competitive landscape
Conduct user testing, interviews, and data analysis
Partner directly with founders and executives
Own communication between engineering, design, and business
Maintain clear documentation and transparency on progress
Long‑Term Ownership
Treat the platform as a living product
Continuously evolve features as creative trends and the market shift
Build integrations, automations, and ecosystem extensions over time
EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years experience as a Software Product Manager or Technical PM
Proven experience building SaaS apps, analytics tools, or platforms
Strong understanding of app development, APIs, and agile processes
Excellent UX/UI instincts, especially for beginner‑friendly products
Experience with AI, competitive intelligence, or e‑commerce tools is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and prioritization abilities
Startup mindset — resourceful, decisive, adaptable
DETAILS:
Pay: $135,000 annual salary
