Responsibilities
Manage all day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory, cash, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, work to a schedule, perfect image and adherence to standards, great customer service, attendance & punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability.
Qualifications
Natural leader with judgment, math and the ability to multitask.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.
Strong verbal, written and telephone skills.
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Work Conditions Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions, in‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+ and above, sudden temperature changes, fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F+, sharp edges and moving mechanical parts, and driving delivery terrain.
Physical Requirements
Standing and walking short distances for short durations; sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
Lifting up to 50 pounds of bulk product deliveries; carrying large cans, pizza sauce and trays of pizza dough.
Pushing or pulling trays on dollies, climbing stairs or ladders, stooping/bending at the pizza assembly station, crouching/squatting to stock shelves, reaching forward, upward and downward, driving to deliver pizzas.
Using hand tasks such as eye‑hand coordination, manipulating pizza peel and rolling cutter, pinching in cardboard pizza box assembly, grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter and pizza peel.
