Part‑time position with rotating shift schedule.
As an LPN Supervisor, you will provide excellent care to our senior residents, act as their advocates, and ensure they receive the highest quality, respectful care in a warm, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver compassionate patient care to residents.
Advocate for residents’ needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
