About the Role As a Charge Nurse – Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a key leadership role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centered care during 12‑hour day shifts (6AM–6PM). Qualifications
Active RN license in Iowa (or ability to obtain)
Current CPR certification
Familiarity with long‑term care regulations preferred
