Activity Therapist – Full Time Join to apply for the Activity Therapist – Full Time role at Fuller Hospital.

This is a full‑time, 8 am – 4:30 pm position.

Fuller Hospital is a 109‑bed licensed private psychiatric facility located in South Attleboro, Massachusetts providing inpatient and outpatient behavioral health services to residents of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Inpatient units treat adults with general psychiatric or intellectual disabilities, adolescents with general psychiatric issues, and patients with comorbid psychiatric and substance abuse disorders. The facility also offers a less intensive Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for patients with psychiatric and co‑occurring substance abuse disorders.

Responsibilities

Perform initial activity therapy assessment to develop appropriate treatment goals.

Facilitate 3–4 groups per day.

Complete group documentation and communicate with other members of the treatment team via treatment planning and team meetings.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in a creative arts therapy modality (art, music, dance), mental health counseling, or a related field required.

Art Therapy or other expressive therapy certification preferred.
