Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our growing healthcare team in our Canyon Park clinic. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and recover from injuries through evidence‑based treatment approaches.
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans
Perform hands‑on therapeutic techniques and manual therapy
Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and movement patterns
Document patient progress and maintain detailed treatment records
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and their families about rehabilitation processes and home exercise programs
Assess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patient care
Utilize various therapeutic modalities and equipment Participate in team meetings and case discussions
Qualifications To be a part of our team, you'll need to possess the following:
Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure: Hold a valid Physical Therapy Assistant license in the state of Washington.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is
$32.00- $36.00 . Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‐related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.
