Per Diem Medicare Home Health Registered Nurse
Location: Broward County & surrounding areas.
Salary: Starting at $45 per visit. Part‑time with the opportunity to transition to full‑time after 90 days.
Job Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high‑quality, patient‑centered care by following individualized Plans of Care, ensuring patient safety, well‑being, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Provide skilled nursing care under the supervision of an RN.
Deliver safe and effective care based on individualized Plans of Care.
Promptly communicate changes in patient condition or emergencies to the care team.
Provide nursing services within scope of practice, including:
Medication administration
Wound care
Infusion therapy
Catheter care
Transferring and positioning patients
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and strong attention to detail.
Anticipate issues and appropriately resolve concerns.
Prioritize tasks and respond with urgency.
Required Experience & Education
Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2 years of Home Health experience.
OASIS experience required.
EMR experience required (WellSky preferred).
Strong wound care and infusion skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.
Ability to document accurately and timely in an electronic health record.
