Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice and national leader in advancing outpatient musculoskeletal care. With one third of all primary care visits related to MSK conditions and a growing shortage of physicians, we place physical therapists at the front of care. Many of our clinics offer onsite diagnostic imaging performed by physical therapists to enable faster and more precise treatment decisions. We operate more than 73 outpatient clinics across three states and maintain an average Net Promoter Score above 90, a level widely regarded as exceptional patient care in the physical therapy profession.
What You’ll Do Enjoy full flexibility while being part of one of the most forward-thinking outpatient PT organizations.
As a PRN PTA, decide when, where, and how often you work.
Provide 11–12 patient visits per 8‑hour day.
Conduct 1‑on‑1 standard appointments between 30‑40 minutes.
Use the prompt EMR with AI‑driven, HIPAA‑compliant platform, reducing administrative time by up to 40%.
Serve a diverse patient population ranging from high‑level athletes to patients seeking to perform daily activities without pain.
Requirements Current Idaho PTA License or ability to obtain (no sanction).
A passion for outpatient orthopedic therapy.
