Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Devonshire Care Center
Join our team as an LVN providing compassionate, high‑quality care in our facility. All shifts available.
Salary Range: $35.00 to $37.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Admitting, transferring, and discharging residents
Conducting daily rounds to observe residents’ physical and emotional status
Medication administration
Monitoring resident care provided by unlicensed staff
Maintaining confidentiality of all resident care information
Promoting a culture of safety, ensuring a healthy practice and living environment
Qualifications Must Have
LVN with current licensure to practice in the state
Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Nice To Have
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
Behavioral care / memory care experience
Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
