About Us Let’s Communicate is a multidisciplinary, therapist‑owned practice serving children in northeast Georgia. We provide occupational, physical, speech‑language, and feeding therapy with a commitment to progressive modalities that help children and families thrive.
Job Overview We are hiring a pediatric occupational therapist who will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assess patient needs, develop and modify treatment plans.
Provide skilled therapy services per physician orders.
Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals.
Instruct patients and families on treatment plans.
Consult and instruct team members in specific therapy modalities.
Report patient progress to physicians and team.
Work with a mixed caseload that may include developmental delays, cognitive deficits, sensory disorders, fine motor delays, balance, handwriting, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, and/or autism spectrum disorders.
Maintain documentation of reports, notes, and progress of therapy via a computer‑based program.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Current license as an Occupational Therapist in Georgia or recent graduate.
CPR certification.
Professional, positive attitude and ability to work cooperatively with patients, families, and staff.
Ability to relocate to Winder, GA before starting work.
