Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) Position at Kauai Care Center – a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Waimea, Kauai, Hawaii. Responsibilities
Assist with medication administration and nursing services. Train and supervise staff in collaboration with the Director of Nursing. Support residents’ dignity, privacy, independence, and choice in a home-like environment. Assist with instrumental activities of daily living and environmental orientation. Administer medication, treatments, and other care as permitted by state regulations. Ensure care follows resident treatment and service plans. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Update and communicate resident care documentation. Evaluate health emergencies and initiate appropriate medical measures within RN scope of practice. Qualifications
