Adult Medicine Clinician – PCHC Prairie
Full-time (4 weekdays in clinic; one admin day remote)

A rewarding opportunity to bring quality care to an underserved population in Providence:
Weekday outpatient primary care – 4 days in clinic, one day admin remote.
Collaborate with physicians, integrated behavioral health clinicians, community health advocates, nurse practitioners, nurse case managers, and medical leadership.
Lead a dedicated bilingual Medical Assistant and RN.
Enhance cultural competency with our diverse multicultural patient population.
About Providence Community Health Centers (PCHC):
600 employees serving 80,000 patients at community-based clinics in Providence.
Patient-Centered Medical Homes with community advocates, on-site integrated behavioral health counselors, and clinical pharmacists.
8 primary care clinics, 3 school-based clinics, a homeless care clinic, and a clinic for patients with severe‑persistent mental illness. Specialty clinics include podiatry, optometry, dental, rheumatology, and asthma‑allergy.

Qualifications and Skills:
Board-certified or board‑eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Multilingual highly valued.
Nurse Practitioners
5+ years of Primary Care Experience.
Interest in community health and patient‑centered care.
Licensed/eligible in Rhode Island.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Multilingual highly valued.
