Operates the restaurant in the absence of a Manager during breakfast hours* Responsible for opening the restaurant and serving breakfast to our Guests. Inspires and guides their staff. Completes daily paperwork to record Burger King's success! Manages Breakfast Inventory. Carrols ensures you are integral in delivering excellence during breakfast hours. The Breakfast Coordinator is the team lead, inspiring staff and resolving issues using organizational, communication, and developmental skills. Knowing the team’s responsibilities, keeping inventory, completing paperwork, and managing financials are essential. Breakfast Coordinators manage breakfast shifts and prepare the restaurant for lunch business. Our People are Made to Order
We are looking for awesome people to be on our team! You must be at least 18 years old. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with your team. Physical Demands
The Breakfast Coordinator position requires several physical demands including: Counting money accurately. Reading and writing in English. Carrying up to 40 pounds regularly. Basic computer skills. Remaining on your feet for several hours at a time. Reaching, bending, seeing, stooping, kneeling, squeezing, and pressing. Carrols Cares
