Charge Nurse (RN) – FT Nights | Jacksonville Specialty

We’re looking for a dedicated Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to lead nursing care during night shifts in our specialty hospital.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery of nursing care.
Collaborate with medical, ancillary, and support staff to maintain standards of nursing practice.
Serve as a clinical and leadership resource and role model for nursing staff.
Oversee night shift operations and ensure quality patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Valid RN license in the state of application.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required day 1 for Charge RN; preferred initially for others.
One year of inpatient medical‑surgical nursing experience preferred.
Preferred: experience in emergency or critical‑care environments.
Preferred: prior experience with ventilators, tracheostomies, PICC lines, and other advanced nursing equipment.
Preferred: at least 2 years of direct patient‑care experience.
