Giving Home Health Care has been supporting individuals impacted by health conditions related to their work in nuclear facilities for the Department of Energy since 2012. We provide personalized, in‑home care across Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to administer patient care at the patient’s residence. Base Pay Range

$45.00/hr – $48.00/hr Employment Type

1099 independent contractor; 8 hours per month (approximately 2 hours per week, flexible scheduling). Responsibilities

Execute physician‑prescribed plans of care Complete compliant documentation in the system of record Manage and administer prescribed medication, treatment, and therapies Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care Perform activities associated with daily living Monitor vitals, GI intake, and output Assess skin integrity and administer wound care Monitor for changes in the patient’s condition such as weight change, self‑care abilities, and indicators of disease progression Communicate with family members, physicians, case managers, and other prescribed individuals regarding patient health Provide education and training to the patient, their family, and/or the Home Health Aide Work one‑on‑one with patients in their home to provide a comfortable environment Collaborate with and supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and Personal Care Attendants Perform other personal care services as necessary to meet patient needs Minimum Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited college or university; Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing Current State or Compact license as a Registered Nurse TB test and physical examination Current CPR certification Maintain required insurance Good interpersonal skills Hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move patients Ability to operate under stressful conditions and make quick decisions Dependable transportation and willingness to commute to patients’ homes Ability to provide basic medical management up to medically fragile end‑of‑life care Preferred Qualifications

1+ years of experience as an RN in a clinical or home‑health setting Ability to assist with a two‑person assist Engagement Bonus

$1,500 engagement bonus, eligible after 90 days of service. Payment terms and conditions may apply. Senior Level
