About the Role We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team.
Responsibilities
Clinical Autonomy: We value your diagnostic expertise and preventative recommendations.
Cutting-Edge Technology: Work efficiently using Primescan scanners, Diode Lasers, and digital radiography.
Patient-First Experience: Our modern, cozy office eliminates "dental anxiety" with heated massage chairs, ceiling-mounted TVs, and a calming, non-medical atmosphere.
Professional Stability: Benefit from established systems like our Patient Advocacy System (PAS), ensuring seamless handoffs and clear communication.
Qualifications
Current RDH License in the state of Texas.
Required Skills
Highly motivated and proactive in patient education.
Strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic chairside manner.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills Diode Laser
Pay range and compensation package We offer a competitive compensation structure designed to reward high performance and provide financial security, featuring a guaranteed daily minimum vs. a percentage of adjusted collections (whichever is higher).
