Hybrid-Telehealth BCBA - Fee For Service
Join Northeast Family Services as a Hybrid‑Telehealth BCBA – a full‑time, fee‑for‑service position with a flexible, part‑time schedule. Earn a $500 sign‑on bonus after six months.
About the Role This hybrid position offers the freedom to work remotely via telehealth or in person. You will manage your own schedule, with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments.
Develop treatment plans and behavior support plans.
Provide family consultations and training sessions.
Supervise behavior technicians.
Deliver direct treatment focused on skill acquisition and maladaptive behavior reduction.
Document ongoing treatment, including data collection, graphing, analysis, and progress reports.
Qualifications
Master’s degree or PhD; completion of BACB‑approved behavior analytic coursework.
Current BCBA certification, in good standing with the BACB.
Minimum two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, and young adults with autism, developmental disabilities, or behavior challenges.
Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle.
Availability to work morning, after‑school, and evening hours.
Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
Experience developing and implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Compassionate approach to care.
Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments.
Proficiency with word processing and graphing software.
Current knowledge of best practices and developments within ABA.
