Position
Patient Service Specialist – FLOAT/SPLIT
Location Tower Grove, MO
Employment Type Full‑time
Schedule Tues/Thu: 1:30‑6:30 @ Tower Grove; Mon/Wed/Fri 7:30‑6:30 (floating). Will be required to float into St. Louis City, St. Louis County, Jefferson County, Warren County, St. Charles County, and Illinois counties including Monroe, Madison, St. Clair.
Compensation $19 per hour, increase based on experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and register patients and provide information regarding expected visit and next appointment as they check out.
Schedule patient appointments in person and via phone.
Maintain regular communication with attorneys, insurance companies, translation firms, operational leaders, and business development team.
Collect co‑pays, manage payer approvals, and conduct insurance authorizations and verifications.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Preferred
1 year front desk experience.
Healthcare experience.
