Join our compassionate team at Kadima Health and Nursing at Cheswick. As an LPN, you will provide quality care to our residents, work in a team environment, and operate under the direction of physicians and registered nurses.
Base Pay Range $29.00/hr – $35.00/hr
LPN New Rates: $29–$35/hr, Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500.00, all shifts available, daily pay options.
If you waive all benefits, your starting rate would be $35.00/hr.
Responsibilities
Assesses patients by physical examination, including pertinent diagnostic testing to determine health status.
Administers medications and treatments.
Participates in the care planning process.
Supervises LPNs and certified nursing assistants.
Communicates with physicians regarding changes in residents’ conditions, diagnostic test results, etc.
Documents assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
Educates patients and their families on health‑related issues.
Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
