Join our team as a Customer Service Representative at our Domino’s Pizza location in Louisville, United States. We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support our busy store operations at 2520 Bardstown Road.
Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Process cash and card transactions for customer purchases
Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and recipes
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the store’s daily functions
Qualifications
Excellent phone communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills for order processing and cash register operations
Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively
Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
Positive attitude and easy-going personality
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
Ability to work well under pressure and manage stress effectively
Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues as needed
