Care Team Coordinator Non-Medical Home Care
We are seeking an experienced Caregiver / CNA ready to take the next step into a Care Team Coordinator role. This position offers career growth leadership opportunities and administrative experience while continuing to support clients and caregivers.
Pay & Benefits Starting pay : $18 / hour

Responsibilities
Support and oversee caregivers
Conduct caregiver check-ins and reviews
Assist with training and onboarding
Provide in-field caregiver support as needed
Help with caregiver hiring
Front desk and office tasks
Participate in on-call rotation
Requirements
1 year caregiving or CNA experience is a must
Basic computer skills
Reliable insured vehicle & valid driver's license
Willing to travel locally as needed
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to provide 2 professional references
Preferred (Not Required)
CNA certification
Scheduling training or admin experience
