Professional Development and Growth:
Paid training to help ensure you are confident and successful as you advance your career in ABA therapy. Additional training as you progress through our career levels.
Tuition reimbursement toward masters level education in a needed field. If you have the drive and desire, Lighthouse will be by your side all the way to BCBA Certification.
Competitive salary with opportunities for advancement and growth—in only 3 to 15 months, you could climb to RBT Trainer with raises at each level along the way!

Responsibilities:
Utilize your expertise to deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children ranging from 18 months to school age.
Collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
Apply your creativity and advanced techniques in our play‑based and naturalistic therapy environment.
Guide children's progress in educational and social settings, preparing them for successful transitions.
Document and track each child's development, contributing to their customized therapy programs.
Enjoy a supportive team environment that embodies Lighthouse's Core Values of Compassion, Trustworthiness, Courage, and Commitment.
Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
Requirements:
Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs; able to sustain impacts to the body (e.g., being hit) in any area; running, crouching, squatting, and ability to kneel for sustained periods; bending at the waist to touch knees and/or toes; full range of motion of hands and arms; sitting on the floor and chair for long periods; ability to move quickly from standing to seated or kneeling position without support; communicate expressively and receptively both verbally and written.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
