Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing inspections with TSBPE Plumbing Inspector License required.
Well‑organized in record keeping and willing to learn new inspection or permitting software.
Responsibilities:
Inspect construction projects to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, building/plumbing codes, and safety regulations; report discrepancies and potential issues.
Review project documents, attend pre‑construction meetings if needed, and coordinate with contractors and local jurisdictions throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare clear, timely reports based on observations and materials used or delivered.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns from clients and contractors, and offering practical solutions.
Compensation and Benefits:
$60,000 – $70,000 yearly salary, depending on work experience and certifications held
