Responsibilities
Design and deliver roadway and transportation projects from concept through construction
Produce roadway plans using AutoCAD, MicroStation, and OpenRoads
Support project management tasks including coordination, schedules, and deliverables
Collaborate with a close‑knit team across multiple states and project types
Interface with clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Grow into expanded technical leadership or project management responsibilities
Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.)
5+ years of transportation / roadway design experience
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and OpenRoads
Experience as a Design Engineer, Project Engineer, or Project Manager
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
