Paragon Precision, a Princeton Precision Group company, is an industry leader in the aerospace & defense, outer space, and power generation industries. Our organization is actively seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Grind Machinist to support our Valencia, CA team. This individual will be able to demonstrate a proven track record of CNC machining processes working on tight tolerance, complex parts, and be comfortable with the creep feed surface grinding processes. First and second shift opportunities available.

Requirements
Setup and operate creep feed grinder
Make minor program adjustments as needed
Verify machine settings prior to operation
Follow specifications according to customer or internal work instructions
Use in‑process gauges to validate operations and document findings accordingly
Perform basic machine maintenance to PM schedule
Oversee consumable inventory and provide feedback to purchasing as required
Maintain continuity among shifts by documenting and communicating actions
Provide feedback for continuous improvement opportunities
Troubleshoot and correct tool or equipment issues
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Train additional personnel to cover increasing production requirements
Grind complex tight tolerance features in high‑temp alloys
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Solid understanding of GD&T with ability to read and interpret drawing requirements
Basic shop math and computer literacy
Adaptable to working in a team or minimally supervised individual setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative, positive, team‑player approach to work and projects alike
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of relevant CNC surface grinding experience
Proven track record with consistent employment in industry
Portfolio or examples of work
Willingness to demonstrate on‑machine aptitude
Willingness to work overtime as requested
Compensation
Up to $36.00 per hour based on industry specific experience
Paragon Precision abides by applicable export control laws including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) in accordance with the company’s export control procedures. All positions require access to ITAR/EAR‑controlled information. As such, persons considered for this position must be either a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a “U.S. Person” under relevant regulations.
Compensation details: 25–36 Hourly Wage
