Admissions Representative

This is a full‑time on‑site role located in Greater Orlando for an Admissions Representative. The Admissions Representative will guide prospective students through the admissions process, provide information about programs, and evaluate candidates to determine their eligibility. Responsibilities include conducting interviews, assisting students with applications, and addressing inquiries. The role involves building strong relationships with prospective students and supporting them in their decision‑making process to enroll in academic programs.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain positive relationships

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Customer service experience to assist and resolve inquiries effectively

Sales skills to promote programs and support enrollment goals

Experience with training to help guide students through processes

Organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred

Previous experience in admissions or a related field is a plus
