We’re looking for a relationship‑driven Recruiter to join a highly collaborative, team‑oriented client in Duluth, MN. This role starts as a temporary assignment with potential to move into a temporary‑to‑hire opportunity, depending on performance and business needs.
Location:
Duluth, MN
Schedule:
4 days onsite, 1 remote | Flexible start time between 7:30–8:30 AM
Pay:
$28–$45/hr, depending on experience
Dress Code:
Business Casual
What You’ll Do
Source, attract, and engage engineering, technical, and professional candidates using platforms like Indeed and other top recruiting tools.
Screen resumes, conduct initial phone conversations, and evaluate candidate fit across multiple skillsets.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team.
Manage job postings, maintain accurate ATS data, and assist with offer prep and execution.
Represent the company at career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
Contribute to a welcoming candidate experience and strong internal team dynamic.
What You Bring
Experience in aerospace or engineering recruiting (highly preferred).
Strong sourcing abilities across Indeed and other online recruiting platforms.
Clear, professional communication and the ability to build trust quickly.
Comfort working onsite most of the week with the flexibility of one remote day.
