Who We Are Looking For The candidate will have an advanced understanding of the ETF product, enabling effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires strong process and control knowledge, with the ability to document and present information clearly and concisely. Advanced project‑management and business‑analysis skills are essential for contributing to the ETF Global Platform and Total ETF technical roadmap through the creation, contribution, and review of business requirements for ETFGP, Fund Connect, and other ETF‑related integrations. Effective, confident, and concise communication with partners will demonstrate the candidate’s ETF expertise and build confidence in our capabilities.

What You Will Be Responsible For
Be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Coordinate the requirement gathering, design, and implementation of strategic technical and operational initiatives
Assist clients with onboarding new ETFs and manage product and regulatory change
Design and implement efficient, low‑risk operating models for ETF servicing
Work alongside ETF Operations, settlements, IT, product, and other GD teams
