Senior Manager, Impact Measurement & Reporting
Join National Audubon Society as a Senior Manager in Impact Measurement and Reporting. This role focuses on developing and managing programmatic and operational impact measurement, reporting, and data products to support Audubon’s conservation mission.

Position Summary In partnership with programmatic and business teams, the Senior Manager will develop and deploy enterprise data systems and data‑driven practices at scale. The role contributes to multi‑year digital transformation and creates impactful technical solutions aligned with Audubon’s mission.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage data methodologies and products to advance impact measurement, reporting, insights, and storytelling.
Design and implement data analysis and reporting solutions using Audubon’s enterprise architecture and tools.
Support impact design and data strategy implementation across programmatic and functional teams.
Lead low‑code/no‑code feature development and manage content in impact measurement products.
Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, and GIS teams on data engineering and analytics needs.
Oversee data product development, user testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixes to ensure efficient cycles.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory standards.
Build partnerships with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to advance conservation impact.
Prepare and deliver written and oral reports, visualizations, and presentations to executives and external audiences.
Administer software, tools, and applications related to data products and workflows.
Maintain a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
At least 7 years of experience in data analytics and reporting with focus on impact measurement and management.
Proven track record of delivering large, complex impact measurement and reporting initiatives.
Experience designing and deploying impact measurement analytics and reporting products in conservation or related environmental/social sectors.
Knowledge of impact strategy and design approaches in conservation or similar spaces.
Experience with functional impact areas such as marketing, development, finance (KPIs/OKRs).
Success in delivering data initiatives in matrixed, federated non‑profit or governmental contexts.
Proficiency with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery), orchestration tools (Fivetran, Airflow, dbt), BI tools (Power BI, Sigma), CRM systems (Salesforce, Everyaction), and enterprise data tools.
Expert coding in SQL, Python, R, or other analytical languages.
Experience with Airtable or similar low‑code/no‑code platforms.
Experience with GIS, spatial analytics, and visualization.
Experience with project management tools (Jira) and certification (PMP) preferred.
Strong communication skills for technical and non‑technical audiences.
Collaboration skills across diverse stakeholders.
Document and presentation skills for internal and external audiences.
Curiosity about emerging software and product trends.

$106,000–$132,000 per year (National)
$119,000–$149,000 per year (Alaska, CA, Connecticut, DC, Chicago, Oyster Bay, NY)
$132,000–$165,000 per year (NYC, San Francisco, Seattle)
