Minimum qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
Experience building and deploying backend services.
Experience programming in C++.
Preferred qualifications
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
Experience with security engineering for cloud infrastructure, including network security and authentication protocols.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other similar cloud technologies.
Experience developing and implementing software utilizing multithreading, concurrency, or parallel processing.
Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems, with a focus on scalability, fault tolerance, and reliability.

You will have an opportunity to innovate by building disruptive products, especially as GCP focuses on solving problems enterprise customers face in leveraging GCP and hybrid cloud environments.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Help build the next-generation workload identity solution.
Design and implement high quality, reliable features and services.
Collaborate with project manager, customers or other engineer to gather requirements.
Be an expert in our identity solutions and support Google teams.
Work with Site Reliability Engineering team to troubleshoot and identify production customer or system issues.
